For The Love of Rubber

Yes, you guessed it. It's KEDS! Oh the love of my feet :)

As mentioned in the somewhat pointless previous post, I went back to Harbourtown last saturday and got myself another pair of KEDS. And I hear you say, when would I ever learn?? But it was just such a great deal! I simply couldn't think of a more justifiable and opportune moment to succumb to such temptations.

I got the Kitchy KEDS, which is the silver embroidered one with rather pointy toes, unlike the usual rounded ones. It came in so many colours, brown, orange, navy, and even my two most favourite colours, fuschia and turquoise!

*swoon*

I had thought that I would definitely be getting the turquoise one but faced with so many choices, I ended up spending many confused moments and also what must have been 30 minutes parading around in a mismatched pair of turquoise and navy. They were both so pretty, and while I was still stupidly wearing that mismatched pair and looking down forlornly at them in the peak of indecisiveness, a lady came over and said, "They are both really nice you know!"

wah, that really helped.

In the end, the navy one won. But now that I think about it, I am SO TEMPTED to go back and get the turquoise one. It is costing every fibre of my being just to restrain myself not to march down to Harbourtown this very second to get it. I apparently passed the KEDS bug to maysan too because she also got one pair, but in brown.

I love, love, love KEDS! :)
